The United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences, Kagoshima University
The United Graduate School was established as a joint institute of the Master's Course in Agriculture of Saga University, the Master's Course in Agriculture of Kagoshima University, Master's Course in Fisheries of Kagoshima University, and Master's Course in Agriculture of the University of the Ryukyus. We have three courses and nine departments. We aim to acquaint students with high expertise and broad knowledge of the development and conservation of Bioresource Production and Biochemistry as well as the knowledge of Bioscience in order for them to become professional researchers with a high-level specialized skills and scholarship, and to contribute to the progress of academic studies in Agricultural Science and related industries. This school has a three-year doctoral Course, which offers a Ph.D. in Agriculture, or a Ph.D. in Marine Resources, or a Ph.D. in Technology.
