Graduate Student in Data Science Program Wins Best Student Paper Award at ITNG 2022

A graduate student in the Data Science Program of the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Saga University received the Best Practice Award.
ITNG is an international conference on next-generation information technology, held annually in Las Vegas, USA, where submitted papers are peer-reviewed by two or more general and student referees, just like academic journals.
The presentation was on a method for detecting early colorectal cancer from endoscopic images, which is under investigation. The paper received high marks for technical soundness and quality of presentation and was selected as the best student paper award.
