Received the Best Presentation Award at the International Diamond Device Symposium.

A second-year student of the Master of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering program at the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Saga University, won the Best Presentation Award at the 1st International Diamond Devices Symposium held online on February 21-22, 2022!
The title of the presentation was “Heterogeneous epitaxial growth of high quality diamond films on sapphire substrates – comparison with magnesium oxide substrates”, and he presented verbally in English the process of heterogeneous epitaxial growth of large diameter and high quality diamond crystals using atomic force microscopy and other techniques. The high level of research, the clear English presentation and the appropriate Q&A session were highly commended. Congratulations on your award!
