令和８年度佐賀大学10月期大学院入学式 学長告辞 President’s Welcome Address for the 2026 Saga University Fall Entrance Ceremony.
佐賀大学で学ぶため、国内を含む世界の11か国・地域から集まってこられた33名の入学生の皆さん、ご入学おめでとうございます。新たに佐賀大学の一員となった皆さんを心から歓迎します。
To each of the thirty-three(33) students representing eleven (11) countries who have come to study here at Saga University, congratulations! On behalf of the faculty, staff and students of Saga University, I would like to extend a heartfelt welcome to you all.
本日、晴れて入学された皆さんは、それぞれ専門分野の学業、また佐賀でのキャンパスライフに対して、様々な希望と期待を持っておられると思います。
I believe that each of you has many hopes and expectations for your studies and campus life here in Saga.
入学生の皆さんが学業に専念できる環境づくりを進め、一人一人が思い描く学生生活が実現できるよう、教職員全員でサポートしていきます。何か困ったことがあれば、遠慮なく相談してください。
Please rest assured that we at Saga University will do our best to provide you with an enjoyable school experience and a good environment for your studies and research. If you have any problems, please count on us.

In addition to pursuing your academic field of study, I hope that you will broaden your perspectives through exchanges with fellow students from diverse backgrounds. Guided by the spirit of mutual international goodwill, I encourage you to respect and support one another while developing the ability to envision the future and take action to shape it.
皆さんのこれからの大学生活が充実したものになり、佐賀大学を卒業するときには、自ら課題を発見し、その解決に向けて行動できる人材として、また社会や世界の発展に貢献する担い手として大きく成長されることを心から願っています。
I sincerely hope that your university life will be fulfilling and rewarding. When you graduate from Saga University, I hope you will have grown into individuals who can identify challenges and take action to address them, and who can contribute meaningfully to the development of society and the world.
